Refund & Returns Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.

• Within the first 7 calendar days, returns are free of charge, provided the product is unused, undamaged and in its original condition.

• After 7 days and up to 30 days, customers may still return the product; however, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, depending on their location.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

• If the product is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item has been supplied, a return or replacement will be arranged at no cost to the customer.
